Role of LetzVet
LetzVet is a digital platform operated by LetzPrint S.à r.l.-S. It allows users to search for veterinarians, veterinary clinics and other service providers, view provider profiles and, where enabled, contact providers or make appointments and bookings.
Where an independent provider’s service is booked, the contract for the veterinary or other professional service is generally concluded between the user and the provider clearly identified before booking. LetzPrint does not itself provide veterinary examinations, diagnoses or treatments and does not make professional treatment decisions.
LetzVet is not a veterinary emergency service. In an urgent veterinary situation, users must contact an appropriate veterinarian, clinic or local veterinary emergency service directly.
