Complaints & contact

1. Complaints to LetzVet

Complaints about the platform, a LetzPrint account, invoice, contract or provider account may be sent to [email protected]. Privacy requests should be sent to [email protected].

Complaints about the veterinary or other professional service itself should first be directed to the provider identified in the profile and booking confirmation. LetzVet separately handles complaints about its own platform, intermediation or technical functions.

2. Potentially illegal content

A notice mechanism must be available to report potentially illegal content for relevant platform functions. The reporting channel is available: https://anilevia.eu/en/report-content/. Every report gets a reference number and a status page, and you are told what was decided.

3. Former EU ODR platform

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. LetzVet therefore does not display an outdated link to that platform.

4. Germany

Where sections 36 and 37 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) apply to a LetzPrint consumer contract, the required information is provided on the website, in the terms and, after an unresolved dispute, in text form. Business decision to confirm before publication: [not yet on file].

5. France

Before commercial launch directed at France, LetzPrint must designate the competent consumer mediator actually selected for its own consumer contracts. This information must not be invented: [not yet on file].

6. Belgium

For Belgian consumers, where no more specific recognised sector body is competent, the Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst may be the general reference body, subject to confirming competence for the particular contract. Address: North Gate II, King Albert II Boulevard 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels. Email: [email protected] / [email protected].

7. Cross-border disputes

For cross-border consumer disputes, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) may also assist. Court proceedings and other mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

AniLevia stores your complaint and what you wrote, and answers you by e-mail. If you ask us to pass it on, the business named above learns what you wrote. What happens to your data: privacy policy.
